How it works

Email us your preferred date, session and how many are coming. Nothing to pay at this stage.

We'll reply from info@hotrs.co.uk within 24 hours with availability. Once you're happy, we'll send an invoice to secure your place.

Head upstairs when you arrive. Our bartender takes you through the techniques and you make three cocktails each.

Enquire at least 72 hours ahead. Fancy food afterwards? Book a table downstairs for after your session.

Who is it for?

Birthdays, hens, stags, team nights, date nights, or anyone who wants to make a proper cocktail at home. Over 18s only, so please bring ID.

Is food included?

It's a drinks-only session. Our Asian small plates are served downstairs, so book a table for before or after.

I have an allergy. Can you adapt the cocktails?

Yes. Tell us when you enquire and we'll adjust the recipes.

We're a group of more than 12.

Can I buy it as a gift?

Yes. Buy a gift voucher and they can use it towards a masterclass.

Over 18s only. Photo ID may be requested and alcohol will not be served to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Your place is confirmed once your invoice has been paid.
Date changes are free with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Sessions need a minimum number of guests to run. If yours can't go ahead, we'll move it or refund you in full.
